How to use:
Create a Ceremonial Space (calm, sacred environment). Meditate and set your intention before proceeding.

Start with a dime-sized amount. Pour it into your palm, offer a prayer, and align with the spirit of the Hapé.

Scoop half of the Hapé into the nose end of the Kuripe scooping towards your heart. Tap gently to settle the powder.

Take a deep breath, hold it, and place the correct ends of the pipe into your left nostril and between your lips. Exhale gently, blowing the Hapé into the left nostril first, then repeat on the right.

Sit in meditation for 5-10 minutes. You will feel the plant’s spirit begin to work through you.
