Return Policy & Shipping

RETURN POLICY: 
We will gladly accept exchanges only on our products within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused with seals intact. We will not accept any exchanges on products that are unsealed and or used. Exchanges are only for wrong item(s) from your order.

We do not give refunds or credits. By completing your purchase(s), you agree to these terms.

We ship twice a week and do our very best to get orders to you as quickly as possible. Everything is handcrafted “EVERYTHING!” Time and energy goes into each and every order. You will receive your shipping confirmation and tracking number via email as soon as your order has been fully processed. If you place an order during a moon cycle there could be a delay in receiving your order. You will be contacted vie email with updates if there is a delay with your order. 

During holidays and our sales expect for a longer shipping time. We asked that you allow 15-20 business days before reaching out. In some cases larger orders could take up to 30 days before shipped.
