Anahata Chakra - Compassion | Balance | Love

The heart chakra (Anahata) is found in the center of the chest. It governs matters of the heart, such as love, compassion, and relationships. The heart chakra is associated with the thymus gland, which plays a crucial role in the development of the immune system and the body's ability to fight off diseases.

A blocked heart chakra can cause us to feel disconnected, lack empathy, or distrust ourselves and others. This can manifest as deep insecurities, loneliness, jealousy, selfishness, or the inability to give and receive unconditional love.

Affirmation: I release all resentment and forgive myself and others. My heart is a space of forgiveness, and I choose to let go of past hurts. I am worthy of love and deserve to receive love in abundance. I love and accept myself unconditionally.

How to use in a Ritual: Write your intention down and set it underneath the candle (we suggest Green). Add 1-2 drops of our Heart Chakra oil. Light the candle, take a few deep breaths, focusing on the flame and the intention of self-confidence and personal power.

How to use on your skin:
Apply the oil on pulse points such as the temples, behind the ears, sides of the neck etc. Gently massage those points until the oil is fully absorbed. You can also add a couple of drops to an oil burner or purifier, or you could add a drop to your candles.

Our oils are very potent so, remember to skin test before applying. Chakra blends pair well with all wellness rituals! Regular use can help balance your energy system and tap into your inner strength and courage.
