Muladhara Chakra - Stability | Security

The root chakra (Muladhara) is located at the base of the spine. It represents your foundation and is associated with feelings of stability, security, and basic needs. The root chakra is linked to the adrenal glands, which produce hormones related to the body's fight-or-flight response. It plays a role in managing stress and survival instincts. And so, when it’s blocked, there may be a sense of disconnection from the world, leaving us feeling insecure, restless, and without energy. This can manifest as anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem, resentment, and so on.

Affirmation: I release fear and embrace trust in the journey. I feel safe and secure in my body and in the world. I am deserving of all the abundance the universe has to offer.

How to use in a Ritual: Write your intention down and set it underneath the candle (we suggest RED). Add 1-2 drops of our Root Chakra oil. Light the candle, take a few deep breaths, focusing on the flame and the intention of self-confidence and personal power.

How to use on skin:
Apply the oil on pulse points such as the temples, behind the ears, sides of the neck etc. Gently massage those points until the oil is fully absorbed. You can also add a couple of drops to an oil burner or purifier, or you could add a drop to your candles.
