The sacral chakra (Svadhisthana) is located in the lower abdomen. It is linked to emotions, creativity, and sensuality. This chakra is connected to the gonads, which regulate reproductive functions, including sexual development and fertility.

When the sacral chakra is blocked, emotions can be all over the place. We may feel insecure, in constant anxiety, in constant fear, or in a complete lack of joy.

Affirmations: My emotions are balanced, and I experience joy and pleasure in life. My relationships are harmonious, and I attract positive connections. I am a creative being, and my creativity flows effortlessly.

How to use in a Ritual: Write your intention down and set it underneath the candle (we suggest Orange). Add 1-2 drops of our Sacral Chakra oil. Light the candle, take a few deep breaths, focusing on the flame and the intention of self-confidence and personal power.

How to use on skin:
Apply the oil on pulse points such as the temples, behind the ears, sides of the neck etc. Gently massage those points until the oil is fully absorbed. You can also add a couple of drops to an oil burner or purifier, or you could add a drop to your candles.
