The third eye chakra (Ajna) is positioned between the eyebrows, it represents intuition, insight, and perception beyond ordinary sight. It’s connected to the pituitary gland (often referred to as the "master gland"), which controls various other endocrine glands, helping to regulate important functions like growth, reproduction, and stress response.

A blocked third eye chakra can negatively affect our concentration, how we process information, and our ability to keep calm in stressful situations. Additionally, we may experience overwhelm, mental exhaustion, indecisiveness, and clouded judgment.

Affirmation: I am connected to my higher self. I trust the divine wisdom within me to guide my path. I am open to receiving spiritual insights. The wisdom of the universe flows through me, revealing profound truths.

How to use in a Ritual: Write your intention(s) down and set it underneath the candle (we suggest Indigo). Add 1-2 drops of our Third Eye oil. Light the candle, take a few deep breaths, focusing on the flame and the intention of self-confidence and personal power.

How to use on skin:
Apply the oil on pulse points such as the temples, behind the ears, sides of the neck etc. Gently massage those points until the oil is fully absorbed. You can also add a couple of drops to an oil burner or purifier, or you could add a drop to your candles.

Remember to skin test before applying. Chakra blends pair well with all wellness rituals! Regular use can help balance your energy system and tap into your inner strength and courage.
