The solar plexus chakra (Manipura) is situated in the upper abdomen, this chakra relates to personal power, self-esteem, and confidence. If you struggle with self-confidence, decision-making, and or personal power, our Solar Plexus oil can help you balance and activate your Solar Plexus Chakra.

When the solar plexus chakra is blocked, we can feel powerless or victimized. Our self-esteem runs low, either pursuing validation and acknowledgment or misusing our powers and manipulating others to meet our interests.

How to use in a Ritual: Write your intention(s) down and set it underneath the candle (we suggest Yellow). Add 1-2 drops of our Solar Plexus Chakra oil. Light the candle, take a few deep breaths, focusing on the flame and the intention of self-confidence and personal power.

How to use on skin:
Apply the oil on pulse points such as the temples, behind the ears, sides of the neck etc. Gently massage those points until the oil is fully absorbed. You can also add a couple of drops to an oil burner or purifier, or you could add a drop to your candles.
